We had 2 white wines 1 rose wine and 2 red wines (each wine paired with one of the foods on the sharing board) then a sharing board which has parma ham, salami, scamorza (smoked cheese) , pecorino piccante (chilli cheese) , a bruschetta topped with gorgonzola sauce, fig jam and garlic salami. Then to finish with, a tiramisu paired with a dessert wine

#scamorza (smoked cheese – Scamorza is a South Italian cow’s milk cheese
#pecorino piccante (#chillicheese ) This Pecorino cheese has the character to be sweet on the palate. Yet the infused Chilli draws the rich texture of what a true Sicilian Cheese tastes like which is just a delight to experience.
