I decide that it is time we drink some Fiano on this channel. Fiano is an under the radar grape that is mostly produced in Southern Italy.
And SURPRISE, they can be ORANGE TOO!!!
They are generally round, fruity, medium in acid and a great wine for folks who like Chardonnay but want to try something similar but new.
