The 9th episode of Graperoads stories speaks about the last winery, unluckily, of this first season of our Wine Web Serie!
Anyway Lei, Anna and Timber are arrived to the last stop of their long journey through seven different regions of Italy!! After long days of visits, wine tasting, speeches about different terroir and characteristics of wines but also after long day of research of “the right guy”!
Today they reach Bocale winery in Montefalco, there, Valentino the owner and producer, is waiting their arrival!! He produces a quite unique kind of wines like an amazing aromatic white wine, Trebbiano Spoletino, and a red wine with a huge fine tannins called Sagrantino Montefalco, of course very typical of this place!!
The Valentini family has been connected to the City of Montefalco by history and personal experiences for over one hundred years. The background is the special Umbria Region, full of history and culture, the family’s philosophy is influenced by the history of men working in fields, surrounded by the rare beauty of its hilly landscape.
