Barbaresco is truly one of the great Italian wines. Just like Barolo, Barbaresco wines are made in Piedmont winemaking region from Nebbiolo grape variety. In this video I will talk about the Nebbiolo grape, about the Barbaresco DOCG winemaking area and how Angelo Gaja put it on the map, how it is different from Barolo, as well as recommended food pairings.
