Back again with some mouth-watering Lasagna, to fulfill your appetite!
Recipe (In order):
– Meat Filling:
โข Olive oil – 5 TBSP
โข Garlic – 5 cloves – Chopped.
โข Chicken Mince – 500 G
โข Salt/Pepper – To taste.
โข White Pepper – To taste.
โข Marinara Sauce – 250 G – (Recipe Below)
– Spinach /Cheese spread:
โข Olive oil – 1TBSP
โข Garlic – 2 cloves – Crushed.
โข Spinach – 100 G.
โข Oregano – 1 TSP.
(Mix separately)
โข Ricotta cheese – 200 G
โข Egg – x1
โข Mozzarella cheese – 200 G
โข Parmesan cheese – 2 TBSP
โข Parsley flakes – 1 TBSP
โข Add in the spinach listed above
โข Pepper – To taste
– Marinara Sauce;
โข Olive oil – 2 TBSP
โข Garlic – 4 cloves – Chopped.
โข Tomatoes – 0.5 KG – Boiled/Peeled – Mashed.
โข Chili Garlic sauce – 2 TBSP
โข Mixed Herbs – 1 TBSP
โข Canned tomato puree – 3 TBSP
โข Salt/Pepper – To taste.
– Sautรฉ in a pan on medium heat. 4-5 min.
– Assembly;
โข Spread a thin layer of the spinach/cheese spread evenly on sheets of lasagna, and coat with the meat filling. Leave space at the edge for rolling.
โข Roll up gently and arrange in baking dish of choice. Sprinkle with remaining meat and coat with a layer of mozzerella cheese in quantity of choice. (150 G in our video but you can adjust it to taste).
โข Bake at 180’C for 20 minutes.
