Back again with some mouth-watering Lasagna, to fulfill your appetite!

Recipe (In order):
– Meat Filling:
โ€ข Olive oil – 5 TBSP
โ€ข Garlic – 5 cloves – Chopped.
โ€ข Chicken Mince – 500 G
โ€ข Salt/Pepper – To taste.
โ€ข White Pepper – To taste.
โ€ข Marinara Sauce – 250 G – (Recipe Below)

– Spinach /Cheese spread:
โ€ข Olive oil – 1TBSP
โ€ข Garlic – 2 cloves – Crushed.
โ€ข Spinach – 100 G.
โ€ข Oregano – 1 TSP.

(Mix separately)
โ€ข Ricotta cheese – 200 G
โ€ข Egg – x1
โ€ข Mozzarella cheese – 200 G
โ€ข Parmesan cheese – 2 TBSP
โ€ข Parsley flakes – 1 TBSP
โ€ข Add in the spinach listed above
โ€ข Pepper – To taste

– Marinara Sauce;
โ€ข Olive oil – 2 TBSP
โ€ข Garlic – 4 cloves – Chopped.
โ€ข Tomatoes – 0.5 KG – Boiled/Peeled – Mashed.
โ€ข Chili Garlic sauce – 2 TBSP
โ€ข Mixed Herbs – 1 TBSP
โ€ข Canned tomato puree – 3 TBSP
โ€ข Salt/Pepper – To taste.
– Sautรฉ in a pan on medium heat. 4-5 min.

– Assembly;
โ€ข Spread a thin layer of the spinach/cheese spread evenly on sheets of lasagna, and coat with the meat filling. Leave space at the edge for rolling.
โ€ข Roll up gently and arrange in baking dish of choice. Sprinkle with remaining meat and coat with a layer of mozzerella cheese in quantity of choice. (150 G in our video but you can adjust it to taste).
โ€ข Bake at 180’C for 20 minutes.
