When we say we love garlic, we mean we love garlic. More garlic is our way to go when cooking and eating. What better way to enjoy garlic than at an eclectic restaurant called The Garlic? This is one of our favorite places in New Smyrna Beach. It is located just an hour and a half from Walt Disney World but is worth the trip, especially if you make a beach day out of it! While we waited for our name to be called (it was an hour wait) we went across the street to the French bakery, Mon Delice and picked up goodies for our kids (and a cookie called the Success Cookie for good luck). For our meals, we had the pork osso buco and the pea and pancetta tortellini. The meals are served with a house salad and a roasted garlic head with bread. We also got appetizers, the garlic soup and harlot’s cheese. Everything was so flavorful and delicious! Let us know if you’ve ever been to The Garlic and what your favorite dish is!
