Ingredients:
120g butter
1.5L milk
150g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
500g tomato sauce
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 onion
500g ground beef & pork mix
50g parmesan cheese
200g lasagna pasta

Instructions:
– bechamel sauce
1. Measure 150g of flour and place into a large pot
2. Cut 120g stick of butter into smaller pieces
3. Pour 1.5L of milk into the bowl with flour, mix well then add butter pieces
4. Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of nutmeg
5. Boil on medium heat for 5 mins, or until it turns into a thick cream

– ragu sauce
1. Cut 2 carrots into smaller pieces
2. Cut 1 onion into slices
3. Cut 1 celery stalk into smaller pieces
4. Place all in a food processor/blender and blend until the vegetables are diced, or dice them by hand and place them into a large pan
5. Cook vegetables on medium heat and add ½ cup of red wine, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and 1 pinch of salt
6. Add 500g of ground beef and pork mix
7. Add 700g of tomato sauce
8. Cook for 20 mins, or until meat is tender

– lasagna
1. In a large pan, place one layer of ground beef, one layer of bechamel sauce, one layer of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, and one layer of lasagna pasta sheets until the pan is full
2. Cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 mins, or until the top is golden brown
3. Add optional parmesan cheese on top, and enjoy!
