The visit comes just a month after Rahul Gandhi’s return from foreign shores ahead of the Winter Session. In December 2020, amid the fierce govt-farmers face-off over the three farm laws, the Congress MP had left for Milan. Reports say Congress may now postpone Rahul Gandhi’s Moga rally on January 3.
