At the beginning of 2021 I had made a list of goals that I wanted to complete within the year. Even though I couldn’t achieve all the goals I set myself, sometimes the real important thing is not what we promised to do, but everything that happens in the process.

This chocolate chips brioche bread is really delicious, super easy and soft 🙂 Try it to believe!

INGREDIENTS
250 gr flour 00
250 g flour 0
180 ml milk + about 2 tablespoons to brush
110 g sugar
100 g butter
2 eggs
4 gr dry brewer’s yeast
Grated zest of an orange
Grated zest of a lemon
Vanilla
Chocolate chips

*You can store it for 3-4 days, closed in an airtight container to keep it soft. You can also freeze it.
