Day 9 – Dec 13 – Napa Valley
This day was our Napa Day. We left home from 9am.
Napa County is known for hundreds of hillside vineyards in the Napa Valley wine region.
We went at the Castillo di Amorosa winery. Castillo di Amorosa in English is “Castle of Love”. It is a 13th-century–style winery. We were in love of how beautiful the castle is. We tasted the Italian-inspired wines there. My husband bought 2 bottles of wines. We also bought 2 napa soaps, one is made from rose flower and other from citrus fruit. We got home late in the afternoon, as one of my classmate from gradeschool invited us to have dinner in a Japanese restaurant located in Fair Oaks. That’s how our day 8 went.
