half cup Pickled cucumbers or Gherkins
half cup Pickled onion (mine is homemade)
half cup Semi-soft Cheese (Emmental)
1 cup Sausages or Tuna
Salt and pepper to taste

To flavor it:
Lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil
