love love love this recipe!!
I usually don’t eat pasta when i’m dieting, because it’s not as filling as potatoes or kino pancakes!!
But here we added some beef and tons of veggies!! plus!!! My delicious red wine sauce brings this awesome dish to a whole new level.

INGREDIENTS:
1 portion of linguine pasta (300 cal)
200g extra lean ground beef
chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms
2 cans tomato sauce (plain or seasoned)
1/2 a can of water
salt for the water
Italian seasonings optional (basil, oregano, rosemary, sage, garlic)
1/4 cup red wine
3 tsp olive oil

(follow the video tutorial)
quick notes:
– use as many veggies as you wish, i don’t track the quantities for veggies.
– use olive oil for pre-cooking the veggies that will be mixed up with the sauce.
– use another tsp of oil for the veggies, beef mixture before adding in the wine.
– if you find the past too sticky, add another tsp of oil before adding the sauce.
