On this episode of MYG I am feeling very Italian so I show you how to make cool Italian cocktails. The Spritz Bianco and the Negroni Bianco Bergamotto.
**************************************
Spritz Bianco
3 oz. (90ml) Prosecco
2 oz (60ml) Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
1 oz (30ml) Seltz
Method: Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the ingredients in the order above and if you are usingsoda from the bottle you are going to want to stir to mix.
Garnish: 3 Castelvetrano Olives on a pick.
Negroni Bianco Bergamotto
.75 oz. (22.5ml) Malfy Gin
.75 oz. (22.5ml) Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
.75 oz. (22.5ml) Bianco Vermouth
.75 oz. (22.5ml) Luxardo Bitter Bianco
Method: Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the ingredients above and stir to mix.
Garnish: 3 Castelvetrano Olives on a pick.
