Foccacia recipe easy and so delicious
Dough ingredients:
500 g Flour
7 g yeast.
320 ml warm water
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt .
Note: The focaccia must be fermented in three stages
The first stage after kneading for 15 minutes.
The second stage, spread it on the tray and ferment it again for 40 minutes .
The third stage, spread it again with your fingers and add two tablespoons of olive oil, then top it with the dried tomatoes, capper, olives and oregano on it . Then let the Foccacia rest for 30 minutes .
Bake the Foccacia bread in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
