Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

16 oz Brussel Sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preheat oven to 375
Trim the bottom off the Brussel Sprouts then slice in half top to bottom and rinse.
Prepare a large baking sheet.
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Spread it out on a baking sheet.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic and parmesan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Place on the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer.

15 mins roast
Add cheese
15 mins melt cheese.

Makes 6 servings.
