In this video I will show you how to make Instapot Zuppa Toscana, Spicy Sausage, Potato & Kale Italian Soup. The instapot or pressure cooker finishes this soup in 15 minutes from start to finish
4 links hot italian sausage
5 small diced potatoes
1 large diced onion
5 cloves of garlic minced
4 cups of shredded kale
5 ribs celery diced
Fresh thyme bouquet
1/2 cup white wine
ground fennel to taste
Ground rosemary to taste
salt to taste
red pepper flakes
After it comes to pressure and cooks 8 minutes, finish soup with 1/2 cup of cream
Grated hard cheese on top
