If you don’t know already Oliva Al Volo is the newest addition to the much loved Oliva Restaurant group. It’s located in Paseo 60 in the Casa Maquinas-the culinary marketplace where there are several other food restaurant options to choose from. Of course, Oliva Al Volo is a great addition to this market because the quality and taste are as top-notch as their fine dining restaurant. You can also catch chef Stefano there on occasion checking to make sure all is going well. They named it “Al Volo” because they wanted to put a place that has the taste of their main restaurants, but the quickness of a to-go restaurant. They serve pasta dishes, awesome paninis, wines, and some appetizers. We absolutely recommend it. Oliva doesn’t disappoint!

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday: 15:00-23:00.
Paseo 60 is on Calle 60 in the Centro of Merida. Paseo is a great place to go for lunch or out for a chill evening. They have live music every evening and it’s family-friendly.
