OUR DREAM KITCHEN IS FINALLY HERE!!! Wow what a blessing. I can’t help but think of all the incredible memories and stories this kitchen will hold. wow. What a moment to just sit here in the present and worship God for the future. On a different note, you ever just feel uninspired? Sometimes I wish I didn’t commit to writing these because it means I have to show up when I don’t want to “show up” but I’m always grateful after I finish. It’s similar to today (12/9 daily devotional) that it is normal for us to feel stuck, or like not pursuing good things… I mean it is much easier to pick up a fruit off the ground versus climbing out on a limb to get a fruit. But which the one on the branch has life connected to it and while it is harder to obtain and we have to do something that we may be fearful of, or reluctant to, we know it will be better to go for it versus getting the one on the floor that may secretly be rotting from in the inside out. Moral of the story, don’t rely on your body to naturally want and desire good things and to do good. Your body and mind will naturally find the easier option as better and that needs to be challenged. two lasting notes:
1. Wide is the path that leads to destruction but narrow is the gate that leads to life!
2. Even a dead salmon can float downstream.
