Hi my friends!!! Welcome to Alba!. An important town in Piamonte region, north of Italy.
-Alba is one of the main cities in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. The town is famous for its white truffle and wine production.
Alba is, also, well known for being Nutella hometown!. 😋
In short, an ideal place to enjoy the gastronomic and oenological excellence of Italy.
In this walking tour, I will take you in an morning walk ( around noon) around the old town, its beautiful churches and streets. December 2, 2021.
Approximately located at about 50 km from the cities of Turin and Cuneo, Alba is placed on the right side of the river Tanaro. The climate is typically more drought than in other lands at the north of the Po river.
