(2) GARLIC CLOVES MINCED
(1) POUND OF GROUND BEEF 85/15 PERCENT
GARLIC SALT, BLACK PEPPER, AND OREGANO TO TASTE
(2) SMALL-ISH JARS OF BRUSCHETTA SAUCE
PARMESAN CHEESE
CHEESE BLEND TO TOP OF CHOICE (I USED TJ’S QUATTRO FORMAGGI)
BOIL YOUR PASTA TO ALDENTE (FOLLOW COOKING INSTRUCTIONS)
DRAIN PASTA, COOL OFF WITH COOL WATER, DRAIN AGAIN,
AND PLACE IN CASSEROLE-TOP WITH GRATED PARMESAN IF YOU LIKE
DICE/MINCE YOUR ONION, AND COOK MEDIUM HEAT IN OLIVE OIL
ADD YOUR 2 CRUSHED (MINCED) GARLIC GLOVES
COOK FOR ABOUT 3-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL ONIONS ARE TRANSPARENT
ADD YOUR GROUND BEEF, AND BREAK UP WITH WOODEN UTENSIL
SEASON WITH GARLIC SALT. PEPPER, AND OREGANO TO TASTE
COOK MEAT THOROUGHLY, AND ADD BRUSCHETTA SAUCE
COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MORE MINUTES
TOP PASTA WITH THE GROUND BEEF/BRUSCHETTA SAUCE MIXTURE
START IN THE CENTER, AND SPREAD OUTWARDS
PAT DOWN BEFORE LOOSELY COVERING WITH ALUMINUM FOIL
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20-25 MINUTES
REMOVE FROM OVEN, ALLOW 2-3 MINUTES TO COOL
PLATE..ADD EXTRA PARMESAN IF YOU LIKE
AND ENJOY!!!!
