250 grams Fettuccine or Flat noodles
Bacon slices (40-50 grams) or ¼ cup bacon slices
8 pcs Egg Yolk
3 cloves finely chopped Garlic
1 cup of Grated cheese (I’m only using ordinary cheese); use Parmesan cheese if possible
Salt to taste
Black pepper
