Gnocchi -Creamy pesto perfect quick Dinner or Lunch

Ingredients
-500g pack Gnocchi
-1/2 tsp butter
-4 tbsp olive oil
-fresh herbs :sage, rosemary,thyme
(Or dry mixed herbs)
-Water for cooking
GREEN PESTO
-1/2 cup cooked spinach
-1 cup basil leaves
-8 cashews-8 almonds soaked
-grated nutmeg
-4 garlic
-1/2 lime juice
-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
-dash black pepper
-salt to taste
-4 tbsp olive oil
-Blend to a smooth paste and set aside
COOK GNOCCHI
(in Italian cooking) small dumplings made from potato, semolina, or flour, usually served with a sauce.)
-Cook the gnocchi following pack instruction
-Boil water add salt
-Add gnocchi, Gnocchi are ready when they float to top
-Drain and transfer to a bowl
(I like to reserve about a cup of water for pasta.
-Pasta water is the leftover liquid after the pasta has been cooked, and it’s filled with starchy, salty goodness & flavor
this stuff is the key to a successful sauce, and to a beautiful pasta dish.
adds a silky richness to your sauce )
-Heat a pan add 3 olive oil , 1 tbsp butter add drained Gnocchi fry until it starts to turn golden and set aside
-Using a same pan grail 3 tbsp il olive oil add fresh sage, thyme, oregano fry till leaves are crispy then fish out the leaves.
-Now on very low heat add cream, pesto stir for 2-3 minutes add Gnocchi stir, add Parmesan cheese stir.
-Spoon the gnocchi onto plate drizzle over the sauce & creamy sage & with toasted nuts.
