Italian cuisine is one of the most well-known and widespread in the world but we have found that having such a ‘strong’ cuisine which is so rich in flavours and innovations, means that the Italians have a preference for their ‘Italian cuisine’.
Sometimes, they find it strange and even difficult to open their palates to other cuisines and flavours. It is for this reason that we found it strange but at the same time wonderful to see this great Asian restaurant in the middle of a town near the Italian Dolomite mountains.

La gastronomía de Italia es una de las más conocidas y de mayor difusión del mundo, pero también sabemos de cuenta propia que una cocina tan fuerte, tan rica en sabores e invenciones lleva con si una preferencia por lo propio a los italianos ‘la cocina italiana’.
Es normal que en muchas ocasiones les resulte extraño y hasta difícil abrir sus paladares a otras cocinas y sabores.
Es por esta razón que se nos hizo extraño pero a la vez maravilloso ver este buen restaurante asiático en medio de un pueblo cerca de Las montañas Dolomitas de Italia.
