An Italian cooking lesson, based on recipes for a sustainable menu and with reference to the Italian tradition. The lesson is led by chef Davide Negri, from the cooking school of the emblematic magazine “La cucina italiana”, on the occasion of the Sixth edition of the Week of Italian cuisine, promoted in Bulgaria by the Italian System and coordinated by the Embassy of Italy.
