On October 31st, a unique event part of the True Italian Taste Project, part of the campaign “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, was held at Subzero Wolf.

This event was focused on food innovation, starring the renowned Michelin star chef Igles Corelli. Our guests had the chance to learn more about the circular economy with an interesting introduction by Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center about its strategy on the culture of innovation.

A cooking demonstration followed, performed by Igles Corelli, a real pioneer of circular cooking and waste-free cuisine. The purpose of this show was to explain to the crowd how to prepare delicious meals while reducing the production of waste as much as possible.
