This is what the Calabrian food truck looks like!! All fresh and mostly grown right here. There are some foreign fruits in here as well but 80% of it is grown by these very sweet and humble farmers. The way we grow food here is very unique and special. It’s grown by farmers who really take care of the soil but rotating crops and using healthy fertilizers. The fields are small and usually worked by hand. I’ve never eaten produce like what they have here; absolutely mind blowing. Enjoy!!
