True Italian Taste is an initiative that aims to raise awareness on the benefits derived from the use of authentic Italian DOP and IGP products while increasing their consumption in foreign markets.

Chef Pediconi used the Molino Mariani’s flour, a genuinely made product with outstanding quality. It is made of high-quality wheat grown by a group of Italian local farmers, later freshly processed into flour in a mill near the field. The flour is also traded for a fair price, ensuring the farmers are justly treated for their hard work and artisanship.

During the event, a rich buffet with fresh Italian products has been offered to the participants, fresh mozzarella, parma ham, prosecco wine and much more.
