In questo episodio si va in Piemonte, alla scoperta dell’Arneis, al BELVEDERE, a San Grato di Roero.
Luca Iaccarino, critico enogastronomico, seguendo
un’immaginaria “strada del vino” da nord a sud, ripercorre l’Italia alla scoperta dei vitigni più e meno
conosciuti di alcune regioni italiane.
In ogni regione visiterà un’osteria dove incontrerà un esperto, un
sommelier, per approfondire tutto quello che c’è da sapere sul vitigno,
inclusa la degustazione finale.
Dopo la chiacchera sul vitigno, ci sarà un
“pairing” di prodotti tipici e ricette del luogo preparati e raccontati
dall’oste.
Puglia, Marche, Piemonte e Veneto sono le tappe del viaggio per scoprire il Susumaniello, il Pecorino, il Roero Arneis e il Tai Rosso.
