INGREDIENTS:
2 cans of Cannellini Beans
Some Castelvetrano Olives
2 Sprigs of Oregano
Olive Oil
White Wine
Salt
~1.5 lbs of Cod (or other white fish)
2 small Shallots
1 Lemon
Water/Wine/Chicken Stock as needed
More Oregano
Some Parsley
More Wine
More Salt
Some Hot Peppers
Lots more Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Serve with a nice salad, some bread, and a lemon wedge
