Local chef Nico Fitzgerald is one of 10,000 candidates that have been selected to take part in Series 14 of Masterchef: The Professionals.
Nico’s worked in London for a number of years now perfecting his skills in fine dining dishes, always, his says, with a Gibraltarian influence in his work.
He says it’s a privilege that he’s going to be able to showcase on TV what started off as lessons in his granny’s kitchen.
