One the most savory and comforting meals one can serve is #Shepherd’s Pie, which is traditionally associated with Irish cooking Confession: Before we finished eating this Italian Shepherd’s Pie, was already planning on making another the for the following week! It was that good! This recipe is a keeper. The #vegetarian version featured today is made with #lentils however for the meat lover just add some cooked crumble Italian sausage which is delish as well. With hearty helpings of #parmesan cheese, fresh #basil, garlic and cherry #tomato sauce, it changes the traditional flavor profile which is undeniably #Italiano!
