Hey Everyone!
Welcome back to the On the Side with Jackie London YouTube channel!! I’m thrilled to be talking about all things food, nutrition & wellness, and today’s topic deep-dive is all about your restaurant order.
I’m deep-diving on a question I get asked all the time, whether you’re dining out or ordering in: WTF should I order?! (Good news: I’ve got you covered). I’m sharing my top five tips for ordering in/dining out, no matter what cuisine you’re in the mood for or where you’re going for dinner tonight. I’ll get into:
-The power of going HARD on the veg and how to do it anywhere, no matter what meal you’re ordering
-What it means to prioritize FLAVOR vs. FILLER and how to define what it means for you based on cuisine, meal type, and what you’re in the mood to eat
**I share examples for what this looks like in real life when going out for tacos, sushi, or a fancy Italian restaurant, but keep in mind that these are just examples, flavor vs. filler = personally defined based on your needs & lifestyle, k?
-Eat dessert…which comes AFTER your meal (aka, not so much in the form of a sugary bev…)
-Remember: Location, Location, Location
Bottom line: Stop ordering a sad, undressed salad when what you really, REALLY wanted was PIZZA!
**It’ll only set you up to feel sad, hungry, and ready to raid your pantry later on, so why not eat what you love and enjoy every bite?!
Tell me: What’s your go-to order when going out to eat?!
Go ahead and “like” today’s video, and share your favorite meals in the comments, below– I’d love to hear from you!
