It’s my husband’s birthday, I forgot it. So i just called him for a sweet greetings. He is simple and kind and he never expected anything from me. He happily came back home with the pre-cook mazzancolle(tiger prawns). And only way to make them delicious is to cook them quickly(not to over cook them). So, no need to add water.

Ingredients:
2.5 kls mazzancole / tiger prawn
Garlic
Onion
1/2 Green and 1/2 red bell peppers
2-3 tbsp honey (or 1 tbsp white/brown sugar)
2-3 tbsp ouster sauce
1 tsp ginger paste (grated ginger)
1/2tsp ground black pepper
(1 Seasoning powder or cube) or just salt
