Classic Bruschetta is fresh, tasty, and flavorful #ItalianAppetizer. This #TomatoBasilBruschetta is made using baguette bread, tomato, basil leaf, and olive oil. Make this delicious #ClassicBruschetta at home and serve it hot. Do try it out and share your feedback with us!
Classic Bruschetta Recipe:
Baguette (sliced) – 6 slices
Tomato (diced) – 3 nos
Garlic (sliced) – 4 nos
Salt – ยผ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ยผ tsp
Basil (torn to bits) – 10 leaves
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Balsamic/ Red Wine Vinegar (Optional) – 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Add the garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil to the diced tomatoes, adding the vinegar is optional since tomatoes are acidic naturally.
Allow the tomatoes to seep the juices for 10 mins.
Toast the baguette sliced until golden brown and crispy, with some olive oil.
Rub each slice with a pod of garlic to impart some extra flavour.
Top with the tomato mixture, spoon over the juices and garnish with basil sprigs.
