Recipe (serve 5)

white wine. 250g
sugar 50g
Yolk 5.

mascapone 250g

egg whites 5
sugar. 75g

Steps:
1. separate egg yolk and white
2. mix (1) together on a boiling water (double-boiler)
3. slowly cook till temperature reach 60 degree
4. cool down the yolk mixture immediately, and put in the fridge for 1 hr
5. mix mascarpone with yolk mixture
6. make meringue (firm peak)
7. mix yolk mixture and meringue together
8. place a bit mixture on the bottom of container
9. dip lady finger into coffee, and place on top of the mixture
10. sprinkle chocolate powder on top to serve.
