An unusual mix of wines, cheese and oysters was the food for an event held at Pietrasanta church in Naples historic centre.
The church has several underground levels, and we went down more than 50 metres to what was once a giant water cistern, and became a bomb shelter during World War II.
This is where I tasted some great wines, like Scala Fenicia from Capri, and the ‘ancestral’, spooky wine called Hitchcock.
