Florence is well known for art, big steaks and… lampredotto. You can grab this offal sandwich at any corner of the city. To make lampredotto, the meat is slow-cooked in a vegetable broth, seasoned with herbs and served with green sauce in a bread roll. Orazio is one of the best street food vendors in the city, and we tasted his famous panino and learned how it’s made.
