After pasta is boiled They then Put in in a Big Parmesan Cheese Wheel that was soften from a Flambรฉed Italian Rum..
They also add Truffle to make it taste even better. The smell of the truffle and parmesan cheese together is very inviting. Iโm drooling while waiting to have a taste of this dish.
They look simple but not all can whip this up into perfection.
The taste of the Truffle Pasta lingers in my taste buds that i have to talk about it every time i remember that day.
I am recommending all of you to try this authentic way of cooking. I was so happy to have found and Italian Bistro near me.
