Ingredients:
20 oz boneless and skinless chicken breasts, halved
15 oz (1 can) white beans or Cannellini, drained
15 oz (1 can) kidney beans, drained
14 oz (1 can) tomatoes, diced or crushed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, diced
2 small garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup white wine
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp brown sugar
1½ tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
