How to roast fresh Italian salsiccia with rosemary potatoes
Fresh Italian sausage roasted in a standard kitchen oven will taste best together with rosemary potatoes. Homegrown datterini tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, a shot of white wine and a few gralic cloves will provide extra value in taste. Finalized with quality salt and black pepper.
The quality of the ingredients will eventually make the big difference.
Ingredients for 5 persons:
5 fresh Italian sausages
2 kg of potatoes
evoo
rosemary leaves
10 datterini tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
a shot of white wine
red salt from Hawaii
black pepper
