We had the honor for our second Fall feature to visit the fresh & popular new spot in town, CLINK Wine Bar + Bites. They opened in May 2021 (this year!) and already received Best of Denton County’s Best New Restaurant for 2021! We got to sit down with Owner, Laura & Chef, Greg to talk about how they got started, their amazing CLINK menu, fresh take on dishes (mediterranean, italian, etc.) and their incredible selection of wines + beer that they offer here! This was a great look into the background of Chef Greg who was born in England, and how Laura’s love of wine brought her to where she is now.
