How we cook in Italy for our pasta an amazing Gorgonzola figs sauce
Gorgonzola DOP cheese and fresh figs are an incredible match of 2 unique flavours – warmed up they will give an unforgettable joy with the pasta of your choice. In this recipe I have used orecchiette pasta.
Late summer/early autmun is the best time to cook this dish when you have good access to fresh figs.
The recipe is amazingly simple – just follow the steps in this video recipe, and you will enjoy it very soon.

Ingredients for 2 hungry persons:
200 g of Gorgonzola DOP cheese
200 g of orecchiette pasta (or any other preferred pasta type)
3 figs
50 ml of milk
salt
black pepper
