How to prepare a proper plate of spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino – one of the most classic dishes of Italian cuisine. Once upon a time it was considered a poor man’s dish – today you will find this in many gourmet restaurants. It is true that the cost of ingredients is rather low, and there are many other good reasons that speak for this spaghettata: It is very easy to prepare, extremely healthy (if you use quality extra virgin olive oil), and of course it tastes super delicious.
There exist variations that include also some melted anchovies, or even more basic without chili and without parsley.
