Pepperonata
1x Onion
3x Bell Pepper
3x Garlic Clove
100gr Cherry Tomatoes
100gr Mushroom
2x Lemon
Basil
Tomato Paste
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Pour some olive oil into frying pan wait till it is hot, then add sliced onion, fry for 3 minutes so the onion becomes soft.
Add sliced garlic, bell pepper, mushroom and cherry tomatoes. Pour lemon juice on top. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Finally add a pinch of salt, close the lid and 15 minutes later add fried tomato paste. Let it cook for 15 minutes and the you can enjoy this delicious simple and healthy vegetarian meal.
