Chef Tony is the real deal, originally from Milan Italy. Before moving to New York City in 1980, he studied under Tuscan chefs for 14 years. During his time in New York, he owned three restaurants and was named Best Pasta Chef in Manhattan. In 1991 he relocated to Houston and has since owned many more amazing restaurants while here in Texas – his latest being Tutto Bene, which opened in 2016.
