680 ml | 2 ½ cups tomato passata
500 g spaghetti
1 onion
1 egg
50 g | ½ cup parmesan cheese + garnish
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp dry oregano
4 sprigs parsley
2 sprigs basil
50 ml +2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
50 g | ½ cup bread crumbs
Salt and black pepper
