Today I’m sharing my chicken rigatoni recipe. It was one of my favorites growing up and now my toddler loves it just as much. Ingredients
1-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound of rigatoni noodles
Italian seasoning
28oz can of crushed tomatoes
Small container of heavy whipping cream
Directions
Cook chicken breast in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F
While chicken is in the oven, add can of crushed tomatoes to a sauce pan with a little Italian seasoning.
Take chicken out of the oven and cut, add to sauce pan
Add noodles to boiling water and cook
While noodles are cooking, add heavy whipping cream to the sauce and stir
Once noodles are cooked, combine all ingredients and serve!
