Spaghetti sauce
-4 TBSP minced garlic
-2 large Spanish onion chopped
-2 1/2TBSP oregano
-1/4 TBSP marjoram
-2 Bay leaves
-2 TBSP basil
-1/4 TBSP thyme
-1 lb chopped mushrooms
-2 TBSP shredded Parmesan cheese
-74 oz tomato sauce
-1 1/2 cups sweet red wine
-1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
-1 TBSP parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Meatballs
-1 lb ground beef
-1 lb ground pork
-3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
-1 1/2 TBSP basil
-1 TBSP garlic powder
-1 cup spaghetti sauce
1) Cook onion’s and garlic in a little oil for about 5 mins till soften. Add all sauce herbs. Cook for another 5 mins. Add mushrooms and cook till mushrooms have cooked down about 10 mins.
2)Sprinkle cheese and stir well. Add all the tomato sauce. Stir and simmer for 20 mins. After 20 mins add the balsamic vinegar and wine. Stir well and simmer another 20 mins.
3) Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl . Shape into 1/4 cup meatballs . Put in a baking dish. Bake in a pre heated oven at 375 degrees for 20 mins. Once meatballs are finished baking add them to the spaghetti sauce and simmer for another 20 ins.
4) Plate and enjoy!!
