Today my mother and I give you her warm , Italian pasta salad recipe that is out of this world delicious. I will WOW everyone at your Labor Day BBQ. We hope you enjoy it !
Ingredients
1 lb Farfalle pasta ( bow ties )
1 1/2 cups fresh basil ( ribboned )
1 bottle Italian dipping oil
1 1/2 pints Cherry and Grape tomatoes (quartered)
1 bag frozen peas
1/2 cup parmigiano ( grated )
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls ( halved )
1 can black olives ( sliced)
1 1/2 cups Asiago, Romano, parmigiano (shredded)
Salt and pepper
Extra olive oil
Extra garlic extra virgin olive oil
