It is an alternate coffee dessert for Coffee Lovers. Prepared by using Whipped Cream and Mascarpone Cheese.
This recipe also showcase the preparation of “Mascarpone Cheese” and doesn’t involve use of Alcohol & Egg.
Ingredients
MASCARPONE CHEESE
1) 1/8 tsp of citric acid / 2 tbsp Lemon Juice / 2 tbsp Vinegar
2) 2.5 cup Whipping Cream (34% – 35% fat)
or Amul fresh cream
COFFEE
1) 2 tbsp instant coffee
2) 1 tbsp sugar
FINAL ASSEMBLY (8″ Spring Form Pan)
1) 300 ml Whipping Cream (Chilled)
2) 100 gms powdered sugar
3) 250 gms Mascarpone cheese
4) 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
5) Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
6) 30 to 40 lady finger biscuits / Vanilla Sponge Cake / Rusk
